For Advertisers.

1) By using the service offered by 10Dollars20Ads.com. You agree to the following terms and conditions.

2) You agree to subscribe to all eZines that run your Ad for at least as long as the Ad runs. This also includes confirming your address if the eZine is Double Opt in. Failure to comply with this section will mean your Ad is not run in that eZine. Please note in some circumstances there may be up to 6 weeks delay in placing your Ad..

3) The e mail address given when placing an Ad must not be, an Autoresponder, False, Forged, Stolen, or any other form of Spamming address. But must be your real e Mail address as supplied to ClickBank.

4) Failure to abide by any of these terms and conditions will result in the refusal of your Ad.

5) Free Ads must be included on your normal Ad form. To claim a Free Ad you must purchase at least 4 Ads on one receipt.

6) A Credit will be given for all rejected Ads. As a different Ad may be exchanged for the rejected Ad.

7) In case of any dispute the owners of 10Dollars20Ads.com decision is final.

8) We Do not accept Ads for the following, pornography, illegal or immoral, Hate, Scams, Bulk e mail, If in Doubt send your Ad before paying to, MoreInfo@10Dollars20Ads.com

9) As these are very preferential rates, we can only accept, one Ad per group, per person, per Month. Please note it may take up to 6 weeks to publish your Ad.

10) We limit the number of Ads per group to 10 Ads per week. You Agree that if your first choice group has already been filled, we can spill your Ad to another group that has not yet filled it's quota. The spill over group will always have a minimum of subscribers.

11) I will not make charge backs for payments after, my advertising campaign has started. If I do I realise this may be classed as fraud and that I will be reported the the authorities.

12) You may even use your own affiliate links for your own purchases, Providing you are an active affiliate and place a link to us on your own website. Please note  Only registered affiliates may use their own affiliate links to make a purchase.

In other words if an un registered affiliate makes a purchase for our already extremely cheap eZine Ads through our www.10dollars20ads.com program. and we cannot find a link to us on their website. You will only receive half the order placed.

13) We ask you to avoid using AOL, Yahoo, zWallet and Hotmail as ezine subscribe
email. Due to the spamfilters and high amount of undeliverable emails from those mailserver, some publishers might reject subscribers from AOL, Yahoo, zWallet and Hotmail.

10dollars20ads.com is NOT responsible if you use the above mailservers and your subscribe
request are rejected.

14) You accept that we do not guarantee Links are Clickable, 

15) You acknowledge that 10dollars20ads.com is an Ad forwarding service, and as long as we forward your Ad within the time frame guidelines 10dollars20ads.com has fulfilled it's contract with you.

16)  Under new regulations laid down by the FTC in the USA. All advertisements must comply with these regulations. If you submit an advertisement outside the FTC guidelines, your ad may be rejected by individual eZines. You acknowledge that 10dollars20ads.com is not responsible if any eZines fails to publish your Ad for any reason.

For eZine Owners.

1) You agree to run all Ads passed to you with in 14 days of the Ad being sent to you from 10Dollars20Ads.com. If you cannot run the Ad within the required 14 Days, you agree to notify the Advertiser of the fact. The Ad must with out exceptions be published within 6 weeks of notification.

2) You agree to subscribe to your eZine all persons placing an Ad in your eZine.

3) You agree to unsubscribe all persons that wish to unsubscribe to your eZine.

4) You agree to include in all your eZines details of how to unsubscribe from your eZine.

5) You Agree to confirm receipt of all Ad placements within 72 Hours.

6) You agree to promote 10Dollars20Ads.com in every issue. This can be by placing a simple text link. But we suggest you join our affiliate network and promote it that way. At least you will get paid for it.
