White Chocolate Coffee (Wow!)

Ingredients - 6 servings
--------------------------------------------------------------
3 ounces white chocolate, chopped
2 cups half-and-half or whole milk
2 cups hot freshly brewed coffee
Whipped cream and chocolate curls, optional

Directions
--------------------------------------------------------------
Microwave the chocolate and half-and-half in a medium
microwaveable bowl on high for 2 minutes, stirring halfway
through cooking time. Stir until the chocolate is completely
melted and the mixture is smooth. Stir in the coffee. Pour into
large cups or mugs. Top each serving with whipped cream
and chocolate curls, if desired. Serve immediately.

To achieve success in online business the owners must know
as much as is possible about their markets, customer attitudes and
needs, competitors and their competitive position. In this very
competitive business world, success depends increasingly on the
ability to make well-informed, knowledgeable and strategic decisions.

Under that circumstances market research becomes essential to fully
understanding your consumers and competitors in order to develop
strategies to market new and existing products that will be valued by
your customers.

Inadequate knowledge about consumers puts your venture at a distinct
competitive disadvantage, therefore spending money and/or time on
professional market research is rarely wasted because it can mean the
difference between a successful company or avoidable failure.

In fact, you can use market research to verify your ideas which leads
to more accurate decision-making. As market research can actually
save money and identify opportunities to improve your profits, here
are listed below four market research ways that help any business
owner to eliminate failures and costly mistakes.

A. Understand The Product.

Before launching a new product it is essential to take a piece of
paper and to write down the answers to the following questions:

1. Who has a real need for my product ?
2. How many potential consumers are out there?
3. Where are my potential customers ?
4. How much are my customers willing to spend on my product ?
5. Why will they buy my product ?
    <> Does my product cover an important need ?
    <> Does my product save my customers' money ?
    <> Does my product help them to make  money?

By understanding your market, you will discover the effective selling
strategies you should focus your money, time and skills on.

B. Target the Market.

The above questions will be very useful to help you targeting your
market too. By identifying your target market, you will be able to evaluate
the viability of your new product and to understand what is the best to
do to increase sales.

Once your target market is defined, the further development of your
promotional and sales strategy is more easier to define. The biggest
advantage you will get by fully understanding your target audience
is that you will be able to know better your audience and to develop
a relationship with it. And this will be a mutual and substantial benefits
to both parties

C. Picture  the Competition.

To be competitive, you must know what you can do better than your
competitors. May be you offer a better product quality, a better price,
or you have a better distribution. Only by exploiting your competitive
advantage, you can have your own place in business.

The more you understand your competition, the more you will achieve
the customers satisfaction

D. Research Permanently.

Researching means gathering actual data about market using interviews,
questionnaires, focus groups and observation. Researching means also
to use printed sources and collect data about associations, publications
or the Government. Researching is to spend time and energy uncovering
what your customer thinks about your product.

Permanent research is a worthwhile venture that, if done properly, brings
financial rewards and eliminates unexpected and undesirable events. It
helps you to be very close to customer's needs and aspirations and to
better understand your customer profile.

Take care, research has found that it is five times more expensive to win
a new customer, than keep an old one.

So you have tried to market your offers, or home biz deal,
on the Internet and things have just not worked out for you.
You hear about all the folks out there who are getting rich
online, and you wonder why success has not yet come your way.

If this applies to you, this article can help you find hidden
mistakes in your marketing efforts and how to avoid them.

Reason #1) They put up their web site, and then wonder why no
visitors are coming. In other words, they do nothing and
wonder why they are not making any money.

This is the number one killer for your ebiz, or any business
for that matter. You MUST do something if you want your
business to grow and prosper. There are many options that you
can use on the Internet for getting visitors to your site.
Find out what works best for you, and then keep doing it.
But, you MUST do something.

Reason #2) Ineffective A^d Copy or Web Site Copy.

Let's face it; if you don't have compelling a^d copy no one
is going to visit your site from your marketing efforts. If
and when you get visitors to your site, the message on your
web site must be compelling enough to get them to fill out
a form, or ask for more information. If you don't have the
experience or skill of writing good copy, you have two choices:

a) You can learn how to write copy
b) You can hire someone to write the copy for you

In my opinion learning to write your own copy is best. Who
knows your business better than you? I have paid ones to
write copy for me before and have never been happy with the
result. There are good copywriters out there to be sure,
but they won't treat your project like their baby - because
it is not. Learn how to do it yourself, and you can launch
a new product or service any time you get ready.

Reason #3) This reason really ties in with the first 2,
yet is important enough to be in it's own category.
Here it is: ==> Folks Don't Read Enough.

You would think that this would not be a problem on the
Internet, but it is a HUGE one. I'm not sure why people get
online and then don't read or do any homework, but they don't.
The net is all about information, and if you want to take
advantage of the possibilities, you better learn to read.

I must spend a couple grand each year or more buying books,
ebooks, and other info products. If you are in business not
only is this necessary but you can write off the cost of
educating yourself.

Too many would-be entrepreneurs feel they can skimp in this
area. Not only do they not purchase any study material, but
they won't read any fre*e content either. Then you have the
group that does purchase books and other material for their
business, and then they never take time to read it. What a
waste. They probably have an ebook or other info product
right there on their hard drive and they simply forgot they
have it, or won't take time to do any homework.

There you have it, the top 3 reasons why folks fail in
their online marketing efforts.

· Do something (don't sit on your hands and expect business
  to come to you)

Article #3 :  Get More Clients using Pull then Push Marketing

Marketing is like rowing. You pull hard on the oars to go forward,
then lift them out of the water and push them back to finish the stroke
and get ready for the next pull. Once you've got the sequence of the
stroke right, you and your boat slip forward through the water and
build speed and momentum. If you push when you should be pulling,
the boat goes backwards, or, even worse, you lose your balance and
fall into the bottom of the boat.

One of the biggest mistakes people make in marketing their services is
to simply PUSH information about their services and themselves out to
prospects and hope that this will result in attracting prospects. Unless
you are already a household name and in such demand that your phone
is ringing off the hook, this approach rarely attracts the numbers of new
clients you want. The result is that most marketing falls into the bottom
of the boat instead of propelling your business forward.

An alternative to the typical push and hope approach to marketing is to
PULL prospects in and then in the context of a growing relationship,
PUSH useful information out to them. If you want prospects to
remember your firm when they have a need for your services, start by
attracting their interest.

Generate interest by focusing on what your potential clients want and
the problems they need solved. Use this client centered marketing
strategy to pull prospects in so you can push your expertise out to
them. Give them ideas they can apply instead of information about
credentials, or past clients. Like rowing your boat, you won't move
very far unless you repeat the sequence again and again.

Are you pulling prospects in or just pushing your information  out?
Review your marketing materials to see if you have the sequence
right. Take a look at your web site, brochures, newsletters,
correspondence and proposals.

PULL TACTICS - `Client' Centered
Do your marketing materials
1. Begin with a clear identification of the niche market(s) you work with?
2. Lead with client problems and concerns?
3. Use the two elements above to create a picture that your target market
    can identify with?
4. Provide useful ideas that your target market can use and that
    demonstrates your expertise?

PUSH TACTICS - `You' centered
Do your marketing materials
1. Focus on you, your services and staff?
2. Focus on glowing testimonials and your client list?

Which works best? Both. The challenge is getting the emphasis and
order right. The pull then push marketing sequence that works to
move your business forward involves the following:

1. Create resources that pull prospects to you and your firm
2. Get prospects to give you their contact information (Most firms
let over 99% of the people who see their information go away and
never follow up)
3. Push useful information out to self-selected prospects on a
regular basis. (Remember the majority of buyers won't make a
purchase until they've had a minimum of 5-6 contacts with your firm.)

When your prospects have a compelling need, they will turn to the
firm that they've had regular communication with, know and trust.
At some point prospects will want more details about your services,
credentials and testimonials. But this is often the last information you
need to provide.

Use the pull then push strategy to get your marketing moving.
You'll be amazed as you watch both your prospect and client lists
grow and your business gains momentum.

Right click a blank portion of the desktop and choose 'New' from the
menu that appears. When the flyout menu appears, choose 'Shortcut'
and click. The Create Shortcut dialog box appears. Click the 'Browse'
button on this dialog box. The 'Browse' dialog box appears. You can
navigate to the folder that says 'Program Files' and double click to open
it inside the 'Browse' window.

Once you've opened the Program Files folder, navigate to the folder that
contains the program you want to create a new shortcut to. and double
click. Inside, you'll find the actual icon for the program you're interested
in.
Click it once to highlight it, then click the 'Open' button. This won't open
the program, but will place the entire path to that program, including the
name of the program into the command line of the 'Create Shortcut' dialog
box.Click the 'Next' button. You'll now select a name for the shortcut.
You can call it anything you want. Then click the 'Finish' button, and
you'll
see a new icon appear on your desktop that has the name you gave it.
A little tiny curved arrow will appear on the icon, alerting you to the fact
that this is a shortcut to the program. It's not the real file.
